I grew up right next door in Hoosick Falls and have lived here in our local community my whole adult life. I have spent my entire career working as a nurse, caring for so many of the same families I now get to bake for. About a year ago, on a whim, I decided to try making a sourdough starter from scratch after seeing the trend everywhere—and I’ve been hooked ever since!

What started as a simple experiment quickly turned into a true passion. There’s something so special about baking bread from scratch and creating something delicious out of just a few simple ingredients. It’s a process that’s both grounding and incredibly rewarding.
